Very relaxed experience buying with Clarkes. Any question we had was answered quickly and there was never any pressure on any part during the process. We enjoyed viewings at our own pace and in our own time, and the agent was incredibly friendly, easy going and approachable with any questions we had. A great experience buying!

I found their team very easy to work with and as well as regular updates by phone I was able to review progress by logging into my account online where they updated details concerning each viewing. we had a generally positive experience but a couple of emails went unanswered which would have required a phone call on their part. then we as the purchser were chased rather than our solicitor who they introducedfor us. excellent solicitors I must mention.the people introducing us to the property were very pleasant and informative.

We had an excellent service with Clarkes while purchasing through them. They left us a lovely welcome box with food and treats in, for when we got into our new house. We would definitely use them if we were to decide to move in the future.
