When i needed to move home I got in touch with martin & co fylde coast. The man who helped me was called Mohammed Ahmed, and he helped me every step of the way. everything including refences, the application and even moving in to the property was done quickly. Mohammed was extremely kind and supportive through the whole application and helped me find a perfect home. He is a great professional and his kindness is perfect for customer service. I dont usually enjoy moving as it can get stressful but Mohammed made the move simple and stress free. I would recommened that if your looking for somebody to find you a home, hes the one to contact.

My situation was a little dire, I'd never rented a property before and I needed one asap. After months and months of searching I happened to apply for a property from Martin & co. 2 days later the details had been sorted and here I am a week later living in my new flat! Mohammed was just so incredibly helpful in sorting everything out and I could not thank him enough for what he's done for me, such a nice man and such a brilliant company. I cannot stress enough just how good Martin & co are, especially if time is against you. I would HIGHLY recommend 10/10

I have recently become a new tenant in one of this companies properties. My circumstances was a bit tricky, but the help I received from Lauren Proctor was amazing. She understood the situation I was in, and went above and beyond to getting me into this property with as minimal disruption or stress. Extremely unprofessional letting agents. They've written up faulty documents, forged signatures, claim I'm in arrears when I'm not and the service from Usman Gulab is atrocious. He shouts at you down the phone and belittles you and says he doesnt have to listen to me. When we first moved in the key snapped in the door and he refused to come down and give us a spare key in the middle of winter and was prepared to leave us on the street for a night with our children. Repairs were never seen to, we had to pay £108 for a locksmith to come out to which we havent recieved the money back for it. All I can say is thank god we moved house. Utterly disgusting company.

Horrendous company to try and deal with. Been waiting for deposit back since December. Absolutely not interested at all, every single member of staff other than Samantha is useless. Fob you off however they can to get you out, leave you waiting in their office whilst they make lunch orders, claim they don’t take walk ins so try refuse to speak to you. STAY CLEAR, a bunch of obnoxious, arrogant money grabbing jobsworths. Disgusting branch, I don’t have enough bad things to say about this company.

Great experience with Martin & Co

Staff are lovely, especially the one and only Faye who always jumps at my every need no matter how often i’m pestering her about random things (first time flat renter lol). Absolutely amazing experience, long process getting the flat but they made sure to go through every detail and were very meticulous which makes me feel very secure with my rental. Great letting agents, would absolutely recommend!

After being told a time to meet at the property for sale, they did not turn up, they got the time wrong even though i have an email with the time. They also told the tenant in the property a different time! We put in an offer on the property, week later nothing. Prompted them, and still nothing. Really really poor customer service.

As a landlord, I've worked with Hamza, Mohammed and the M&Co team for over 4 years. Great guys to deal with, always on hand to discuss any issues and find the best tenants. More recently they have secured tenants with almost no void periods and work really hard to secure a great deal for tenant and landlord. Would highly recommend! Mohammed works extra hard just to get the occasional box of chocolates too : )
