I lived in the property for 2 years and the service of the team are wonderful and always helpful. Prompt responses and always happy to help. Special thanks to Stephanie and Caitlin in Lytham St.Anne’s branch. I had used other agents and had bad experiences but Martin & Co has been wonderful from day one to the last day. Thank you all again.

Staff are lovely, especially the one and only Faye who always jumps at my every need no matter how often i’m pestering her about random things (first time flat renter lol). Absolutely amazing experience, long process getting the flat but they made sure to go through every detail and were very meticulous which makes me feel very secure with my rental. Great letting agents, would absolutely recommend!

Haley has always been a very polite and professional estate agent and has also been very helpful in helping us find both properties we have been renting. We can always get in touch with Haley, and even if she is busy at the time we know she will respond as soon as possible. This is because she is very reliable and we like that in an agent :) Im not the best at words but Haley has always taken care of any issues we may have had and supported us in both moves.
