Does anyone actually work at this company, they never answer the phone? I keep getting the music with the " Thank you for holding, please stay on the line" but then 5 minutes later they suddenly tell you that no one is available to take the call. Why waste my time and credit, just tell me straight away if no one is available, or even better don't have a phone number if no one is going to answer
