GoogleI can 100% recommend this company, from my first enquiry I was so impressed by Usman with his professionalism and knowledge. We decided to use Martins as our letting agent. Faye now looks after the managing of our properties and the fantastic service continues. When our other properties need new tenants we will move our whole portfolio to them. Off the top of my head the reasons why; Always answer the phone when you call. Are ultra responsive when you need them. Go above and beyond. Reasonably priced for the level of service. The tenants like them. I run a business myself (not just a landlord) And they impress me very much, exactly how I treat my clientele. GoogleThe place is in a state of disrepair. The door handle falling off. The carpets smells of dust and mould. The toilet when flushed was flooding the room and seat lid is broken. The stove dirty and greasy. The toilet floor underneath the vinyl is full of mould. Even the fridge had mould.

FacebookWe are just about to collect keys for our rental property in the area. Although this may sound like a simple transaction, we have managed to get to this point whilst still living in Spain. After almost 20 years here, it's time to return to UK, and it was quite difficult to find a rental property to move to, and to go through the entire referencing process with a company that understood our case was not 'usual', and really went out of their way to assist us. Laura gasson has been helpful, efficient and professional throughout, always replying swiftly to my emails, with a reassuring and uncomplicated manner. She, and Martin and Co have made what was becoming quite a stressful yet vitaly important procedure, into a simple, pleasant process. I thoroughly recommend Laura, and I look forward to meeting her in person when we have arrived in UK very soon. Thankyou for all your help!

FacebookWhen i needed to move home I got in touch with martin & co fylde coast. The man who helped me was called Mohammed Ahmed, and he helped me every step of the way. everything including refences, the application and even moving in to the property was done quickly. Mohammed was extremely kind and supportive through the whole application and helped me find a perfect home. He is a great professional and his kindness is perfect for customer service. I dont usually enjoy moving as it can get stressful but Mohammed made the move simple and stress free. I would recommened that if your looking for somebody to find you a home, hes the one to contact.

GoogleI have used Martin and Co for the past 2 years when Roman's James Letting business was passed over. I've had lots of dealings with letting agents good and bad and although Martin and Co are not perfect, my Portfolio Manager Jenna and also her Branch Manager Caitlin are fantastic. Jenna is extremely proactive in managing my properties. She's gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion and is genuinely a pleasure to work with.
