TrustpilotAbsolute embarrassment of a company…
Absolute embarrassment of a company never do anything. They tell you quite easily take your money off you but when you’re leaving, they don’t want to meet you to drop the keys off. They expect you to turn up three or four times for them to not turn up and then they tell you if you don’t drop the keys off at the office they will charge you every day until you’ve got the keys off. Absolute joke of a company outsource their course to South Africa. Absolute pathetic.

GoogleI can 100% recommend this company, from my first enquiry I was so impressed by Usman with his professionalism and knowledge. We decided to use Martins as our letting agent. Faye now looks after the managing of our properties and the fantastic service continues. When our other properties need new tenants we will move our whole portfolio to them. Off the top of my head the reasons why; Always answer the phone when you call. Are ultra responsive when you need them. Go above and beyond. Reasonably priced for the level of service. The tenants like them. I run a business myself (not just a landlord) And they impress me very much, exactly how I treat my clientele. Keep up the great work guys!

Recently had to deal with this agent to view a property. Viewed and wanted to make offer immediately. Gave offer and was promised response same day. This didn’t happen had to email out of hours to get response. Phoned again as no response. Was finally told offer rejected. Increased offer and again waited all day. Agent said they had contacted seller 3 times by email and phone but no response. It was only my persistence that gained my purchase. Por communication with staff from the receptionist who takes calls and manner a little awkward. Would benefit from some extra training. Services needs to be more streamlined and I would not like to deal with this agent in future.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. The properties are not inspected before new tennents move in, we moved into the house over a month ago now 14th May 24 and it has been confirmed by Faye when we visited the office the other week that it was last inspected August 23. There was damp in the spare bedroom which we were told would be sorted asap it took a month to arrange this to be addressed, when we moved in we found damp and fluffy mould in the kitchen which we reported and is still outstanding and a number of other repairs which have been outstanding since before we moved into the property which the agents and the landlord don't seem to have any intention of dealing with and have simply been removed from the outstanding repairs on our account - the damp in the spare roon being the only one that anything is finally being done about. It takes days for them to respond to emails and furthermore I sent a formal complaint about this to the assistant manager Caitlin over a month ago now - the complaints procedure states that you should get an acknowledgement within 3 working days, I sent this 24/5/24 it is now 27/6/24 and I have had no response to date. Do not rent with Martin & Co all you will get is stress and I will continue to let everyone I know know that this is the sort of experience they can expect if they do.
