GoogleI would not recommend them. Initially excellent service when I was trying to choose an agent, and they did find a tenant. However, once the tenant was in place the service was definitely lacking. They were unable to resolve persistent late payment issues regardless of repeated promises to ensure the tenant had standing order in place, and were of no real assistance with solving problems with the same difficult tenant who then needed to be removed. I would not describe it as a fully managed service, and despite paying a monthly fee felt on my own and that the property was not being managed properly.

GoogleThe whole team at JLL have been amazing in our purchase. In what turned out to be a very complicated sale that nearly fell through multiple times, the whole team went above and beyond normal expectations to help us. Charlotte in particular personally saved the deal, making long difficult calls on her days off and always putting our needs first, she is amazing. I would recommend anyone to Charlotte, Graham and Adam, they were all brilliant.

GoogleOne of the better letting agents I have done business with, very fast and mostly painless process. The agent I dealt with was really helpful and checked in regularly during the referencing to make sure everything was fine. Another big positive was that almost all of the process happened electronically, something which not all letting agents can do. Their fee schedule is probably pretty standard but I did find the £180 in the tenancy agreement to re-sign the contract a bit steep.

Being the reluctant land lady that I am, trying to find new tenants always fills me with 'the fear'! I need not have worried this time. The team at JLL Blackheath found me not 1, not 2 but 3 viable tenants who all offered the asking price on the flat, all I had to do was chose which one to take (all professional couples) & Hayley took care of the rest of the negotiations ensuring minimal void & maximum peace of mind.
