We recently purchased a new home in the Sidcup area, Natalie accompanied us on viewings for two different properties and was very knowledgeable, of not only the properties but the surrounding area and local amenities. The second property we viewed with Natalie, we knew was the one and wanted to ensure we made the right offer, Natalie was quick in communicating with the vendor and helping us secure a deal that allowed the house to come off the market within a very short space of time. Having to move swiftly to make the most of the current reduction in stamp duty Samantha from the sales progressing team then engaged and “took the bull by the horns” making contact with our broker and solicitors to move things forward as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you have a house to sell I highly recommend Andy Green and the team from this branch.I have sold quite a number of houses over the years and what I found is that Andy was very honest in the valuing of this property. He knows the market very well and tells you what your house will sell for and not what you might like to hear like other estate agents do.We had over 30 viewings some of which I was present. What I found was all the team from this branch was very professional, showing the people around pointing out and explaining in detail different things to all the viewers. Once I had agreed the sale things only got better in stepped Sam & Lauren from the progression team. Sam and Lauren were on to both solicitors immediately with completion only taking around 8 weeks in total which is really brilliant in this climate. As I said at the start I have bought and sold a lot of properties in the past, so I have dealt with a lot of estate agents. I have never seen such professionalism, honesty and just hard work from any estate agents before
