Great communication from Sarah and answered questions honestly. Showed us around the property, giving us both space to get a real feel for it and also explaining each area of the home, thank you!

From the initial visit and before the resulting appointment of Robinson -. Jackson ,as agents ,Andrew Greene was informative and transparent as to the process involved in selling and marketing our home . We received excellent advice and consistent support . Andrew always returned our calls and always did what he said he would .He reminded us when actions were needed and listened to our concerns . When problems arose within the chain he acted for us in a calm and professional manner . He also kept us fully informed and was patient and never rushed when giving advice . We never felt he was unaware of our case , and time was not wasted on recapping developments . A successful outcome was managed by his committed and positive professional approach . A stressful period of time was minimised due to his experience, insight and action. Grateful thanks .PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

my experience with Robinson Jackson Sidcup & Blackfen Estate Agents has been positive. First call was with Andrew, who is the lead person, I think the MD. He's direct, blunt and doesn't mince his words. As long as you are direct too, you should be fine. His directness can seem sharp, but he gives his honest opinion of things and doesn't play game or politics. I liked that in him. The real star of Robinson Jackson Sidcup & Blackfen Estate Agents is my progression team contact named Sam. She was so polite, has the right level of empathy and responds promptly to questions/queries. Honestly, she was the one that held all together. She gave truthful answers, always looked for solutions, always listened....she went over and above....Honestly, I coudn't have asked for more from her. My Andrew, please give her a raise. i don't know whether all agencies have progressing team or not, but Robinson having one seems a winner for me. Positive experience overall....thank you Sam. and thank you Andrew.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
