I cannot in any way, shape or form tell you how amazing, professional and understanding the guys at the Blackfen branch are. I live in Norway and having to sell my mums flat after her passing I thought would be a stressful and challenging time. The team did everything they could to make this as smooth as possible. I am so grateful to the staff at Robinson & Jackson in Blackfen for their support & guidance throughout the sale process. I was impressed how quickly I received offers for the house & from then on the support was above & beyond my expectations. I had assumed once the offer was accepted, they would leave the solicitors to take over with me having to do any chasing myself. This was not the case at all. I was very grateful to receive weekly (sometimes more) updates from R&J & any queries I had were dealt with quickly & efficiently in a friendly manner. When potential issues with the buyer occurred, the staff resolved them to my satisfaction making me feel fully supported by them. I highly recommend this agency & wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Thanks to Andrew, Natalie and everyone at Robinson Jackson for being just great to enable us to sell my mums house following her passing away. Multiple viewings had been booked within a DAY after Robinson Jackson had been to take the photographs, and a day after that we had a buyer interested! Then covid hit, but the Robinson Jackson team went out of their way to find solutions with us to get surveys and checks done as quickly as was possible under difficult circumstances. The whole process was only extended by maybe a couple of weeks from a sale in 'normal' times, and thats testament to everyones hard work to find ways to get everything completed in a timely manner. Thanks again Andrew, Natalie and all the team !!! The sales progressing team at Robinson Jackson Sidcup were honestly brilliant. From Offer Accepted - Completion they made sure they was on hand to help with each part of the process. We was regularly updated and they weren't afraid to chase up other parties on our behalf to prevent any delays. Sam and Lauren in particular were so personable it made the process so much easier having people who we felt comfortable contacting and who outlined things to us in simple but professional way. We recently sold and purchased through this branch and can't have more praise for the whole process and team, from Andy with the initial consultation and valuation, to Harry, Natalie and Paula for the viewings and Sam in the progress team, especially Sam, for all her hardwork during the sale process and seeing us through to exchange and completion. We didn't have the easiest route with getting to exchange/completion for one reason and another, but the experience and level heads of the team at Robinson Jackson Sidcup got us back on track. To say they all helped make our dream a reality would be an understatement, and a week on from moving, my wife and I are still pinching ourselves. I have already referred them to a friend and would have no hesitation recommending them to others. Shout out to Luke too, our financial advisor in this process who works figuratively and literally with Andy et al, and offered us sensible and educated guidance on how to financially make our dream a reality.
