We recently sold and purchased through this branch and can't have more praise for the whole process and team, from Andy with the initial consultation and valuation, to Harry, Natalie and Paula for the viewings and Sam in the progress team, especially Sam, for all her hardwork during the sale process and seeing us through to exchange and completion. We didn't have the easiest route with getting to exchange/completion for one reason and another, but the experience and level heads of the team at Robinson Jackson Sidcup got us back on track. To say they all helped make our dream a reality would be an understatement, and a week on from moving, my wife and I are still pinching ourselves. I have already referred them to a friend and would have no hesitation recommending them to others. Shout out to Luke too, our financial advisor in this process who works figuratively and literally with Andy et al, and offered us sensible and educated guidance on how to financially make our dream a reality.

I’m not one for reviews, BUT Sam at Robinson Jackson ( Blackfen) deserve it . . . We’re just about to complete on the sale of our property via an online agent but wanted to pass on a special thanks to Sam at Robison Jackson who successfully managed to keep things alive and close the deal even despite difficulties with a first-time buyer at the bottom of the chain who put everything at risk. We’d not engaged with Sam directly until it looked like we might lose our dream house, but with her help and assistance, we soon managed to get everything on track. Sam’s communication and proactive input were second to none as she kept us updated with the overall progress. She set times and dates for calls and stuck to her word with follow-ups, which is just what you need when dealing with such a stressful process All that’s left to do now is to pick up the keys for our new property!! This was the second time using R & J and I must say we had the best experience from start to finish. Due to the chain being a little complicated they kept us updated at all times and also made me feel at ease during exchange and complication. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful and would keep my updated thorough the whole process. Sam and Lauren are fantastic and would always call me back and would always make sure all parties were updated with great communication. I just want to say a very big Thankyou for all of your persistence on helping us exchange and for helping us get though what seems another crazy sale and purchase. I have no idea how you do that job everyday knowing it’s not just one chain you are dealing with. You ladies have been most helpful and very easy to get hold of and have always responded in a great time which I’m sure has helped us and has for sure kept me at ease. When coming into the branch you both have always made me feel relaxed and always given me a full update. The communication has been great and we have never had to chase you for answers which I’m sure has kept me at bay this time round. Are all estate agents the same? Maybe There's a stereotype for a reason. The thing that makes Robinson Jackson stand out for me was the progression team. The team that puts in the hours after the agents have done their bit. The team that in today's market has the hardest job. It seems like more chains collapse more now than ever Meaning this team was even more vital. Sam and Lauren really went the extra mile for us, staying late coming in on days off and always keeping us informed. We had a stressful purchase due to difficult sellers but Lauren and Sam made this bearable, I doubt we would have completed without them in our side. The chocolates and prosecco we gave them was nowhere near enough. I have no problem recommending Robinson Jackson to anyone who needs a reliable helpful team. 5 stars

I have just exchanged on my property in Sidcup through Robinson Jackson Estate agents, and cannot recommend them highly enough. They valued my property a little more than some other local agents, and within a couple of weeks we agreed a sale with the buyer at a price we were delighted with. The agent was always accommodating when it came to viewings, and kept us up to date on a regular basis. However the real service form the agent began from this point, all the team put a huge effort in to get us to exchange. They really went the extra mile, and always with kindness and complete professionalism. If it wasn't for the agent and in particular Sam & Lauren on the sales progression side, we would not have exchanged contracts. A huge Thank you to Andy, Natalie, Sam, Lauren and all the team at Blackfen.

Sam and Lauren were very helpful during the whole process. From offer to completion, they were consistently pro active on their part in ensuring that there were no unnecessary delays. When there were issues as a result of third party actions(solicitors and the estate agents dealing with the sale of my previous home), I could see that both Sam and Lauren did what they could do to work towards a solution. Their professionalism in managing all matters was excellent.
