Racist when picking buyers. They pick the white man over a coloured man. Gave an offer higher than the other buyer and apparently vendor is happy with other person. Absolute lies. Rang multiple each time increasing offer. Even when offer was higher they didn't accept. We should not be giving this estate agents business. It's clearly for white people. Blackburn branch is terrible. Manager Jonathan a total fool. We know how estar agents work, you aren't fooling anyone. Going against legal laws. Will be taking further action. Enough is enough.

After reviewing the appointments you’ve had booked over the last few weeks, we can see that five viewings were arranged in total. Of those:
-Two viewings were cancelled because the vendors accepted an offer before your appointment time, meaning the properties were no longer available to show.
-One viewing went ahead as planned, which you attended.
-Another could not take place because the vendor had taken back their key unexpectedly, leaving us unable to access the property. We offered to rearrange this for you.
-You then chose to cancel the remaining viewing that was still scheduled.
We appreciate how frustrating last‑minute changes can be, especially when you’re actively trying to find a home. Unfortunately, some cancellations are outside our control, particularly when a seller accepts an offer or removes access without notice. That said, we always aim to communicate clearly and rearrange wherever possible.

YellKeenan’s Failed to Check, Now I’m Being Blamed
I’m extremely disappointed with how Keenan’s have handled my situation. I was transparent with them when instructing them, yet I am now being told I’m in breach over circumstances they were aware of and had a responsibility to properly check under The Property Ombudsman requirements. I’m currently trying to get this resolved, but I feel other sellers should be aware of the potential consequences before signing with them. Think carefully and make sure they have properly checked everything before you sign.

GoogleI had two viewing appointments with Keenans, and both experiences were extremely disappointing.
The first viewing was for a property on St. Silas’s Road. It was originally booked for 20 June at 10:00 am, but was later rescheduled to Tuesday at 12:45 pm. Unfortunately, I couldn’t attend due to work, so my pregnant wife went instead. She arrived on time and waited for 30 minutes, but nobody from the agency turned up.
The second viewing was for a property on Alexandra Street, booked for 27 June at 1:00 pm. We had arranged this appointment 2, 3 weeks in advance, but on the day of the viewing they called to cancel, saying that the vendors had gone away.
This level of organisation is completely unacceptable. Two viewings, two failures. It shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and very poor communication. My pregnant wife wasted her time waiting outside for an appointment that never happened, and our second viewing was cancelled at the last minute despite being booked weeks in advance.
I will be avoiding this agency in the future and cannot recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI can wholeheartedly recommend Keenans to anyone looking to sell their property. From day one, they ensured everything was done to the highest possible standard, from their onboarding process, to the photos and adverts they put out for my property.
Despite some complications with the sale, they kept me updated throughout, and nothing was too big of an ask. A special mention to Lewis Chilton who was on top of the sale every step of the way, providing updates the second anything changed.
