Shining light of service

Having dealt with several different estate agents in the region, I can tell you that Keenans are by far the shining light of service in the industry. They are so professional and helpful and have gone out of their way to listen to my needs, suggesting properties I haven't seen and always calling back when they said they would. Thanks to this, I will definitely be looking to let out my new property (when I decide on one) through Keenans. Thanks so much to every I've dealt with.

Buying or selling your property is one of the most stressful times of your life, so I was careful which estate agent I chose to sell my property, I am so glad I chose Keenans , I called in my local branch today and was greeted by James Blundell, I found James friendly and helpful , he explained the whole process of selling my property and was very understanding when I explained the situation I am currently in.I would definitely recommend Keenans to my family ,friends and work colleagues.

As a property developer/trader, I have used Keenans everytime to sell my properties through as I have found them to be consistently professional. I mainly deal with Johnathon, who is courteous and efficient. He keeps me up-to date via phone calls and emails before I have a chance to think of the next step and I never have to chase updates. I have looked at other estate agents in comparison and they just don't measure up. I would highly recommend Keenans Accrington.

A professional estate agents

We went with Keenans as we felt they were more driven to sell our property than other estate agents that valued our property. From Aaron, who valued, Laura, who took stunning pictures, right through to James who has handled our sale. They have been fantastic. They have handled all aspects of selling a property and ensured we have had to do little except leave them to it. The communication has been on it. James in particular has kept us on track. I wouldn’t sell with anyone else. We have recommended to friends - who have also not only listed - but now also sold through Keenans. They are selling machines.

Selling my Fathers/Family home

Selling my Fathers home, the family home, was a terrible time for me. Keenans helped to make the process less painful for me. I loved the photographs taken by the photographer, Lacie, she made my Dads home look incredible, I can also keep the lovely pictures in my memory box. Due to the pandemic the sale went through a little slower than usual, but I was kept up to date with the progression of the sale by Cree, this eased any worries that I had and to be honest I needed that extra time to say goodbye to my home.

When we initially decided to sell our house, we had a couple of estate agents to value etc. It was clear from the outset, that there was only one choice for us. All the team at Keenans have made the experience as painless as possible. The communication has been brilliant throughout and Customer service is brilliant, and if they can't answer a question straight away, they will phone back with an answer.Totally professional and always polite. At this stage in selling a property I am satisfied with the service I am receiving with Keenans. During the viewing stages I was always kept up to date by Chloe who was a very pleasant person to speak to. She kept me up to date with viewings and feedback from the viewings. Any offers made with regards to the property were passed onto straight away to me by Chloe and I never felt any pressure to accept.Lewis who is now handling the sale informs me we’re we are up to with the sale.

Awful company- avoid like the plague

Awful company- avoid like the plague. I have had the unfortunate experience of letting and then putting my hose up for sale with Keenans. On the letting side they were constantly pestering- such and such work needs doing when it didn't. Just an excuse to send their own workmen out and charge a fortune. On the selling side - not clue. They just do not respond to messages and completely lax in attitude. I wouldn't give them one star but then I couldn't leave a review. Just terrible.

We can not praise the team at Rochdale Keenans enough.Aaron,Nicole and Jameswere professional,courteous and eager to help.Ours wasn't an easy sale and at times we were ready to call it a day.Without the teams encouragement we probably would have.Calls and queries were dealt with promptly,nothing was too much trouble.I would highly recommend the Rochdale team and would have no hesitation using Keenans again.

Great service throughout the process of selling the house

Great service throughout the process of selling the house. The whole team including Liam, Rob Ella and various others who helped with the viewings, the photographer, all were splendid. Nothing was too awakard, too difficult or not their responsibility. They listened to all my concerns and gave advice when appropriate. They were great acting on my behalf when the solicitors stopped taking my calls. If I had to sell again I would choose Keenans.

Bad experience

Very bad service, Alex came out to view and value the property - -everything went well in the meeting and he said he will call me back that afternoon with a final valuation. a week later not heard anything. a lady rang up 3 days after the meeting asked how everything went i told her that he was supposed to call me back but has not and she said she will drop him a message and ask him to contact me asap. still heard nothing. First impression is last impression - will definitely not be using Keenans to sell my home. Do not recommend!!
