GoogleAll the staff in the rentals office in Blackburn have been excellent! They were really proactive from the moment that we registered our interest in renting our property with them. Friendly and professional. Tom was our agent and was always happy to update us on the progress that their marketing was making. We dual marketed with another agent and they did nothing in comparison to EG. We were really pleased to pay slightly higher fees as they really did earn it. Will be happy to stay with EG.

GoogleGreat experience with this company. Donna came round and explained everything in detail and provided all the material to read up on. Within a couple of hours of taking photos, it’s was live online. A few days later I had multiple people viewing the property. Highly recommend

They had tenants for me within the week and kept me updated throughout the process. I have previously used another estate agents and had a terrible experience. GoogleUpon meeting the girls for my first appointment i felt totally comfortable & could be open & honest with them - i briefly explained my situation & they totally understood - from my first appointment it took approx 4-6 weeks for me to move in - i was also able to pay my deposit in stages otherwise i would have moved in sooner - A really great team - very helpful and understanding - well done girls & thankyou!!!!!

GoogleA useless estate agents if I could give no stars I would staff I found very rude only interested in emails not actually seeing customers in person never could get straight answers only contacted us when wanted money payments when we tried phoning Estate agent never received an answer to phone seems to be giving us one hurdle after another to go over when all they had to do was talk to us rather than just communicate via email very stressful company to use when wanting to let a house

GoogleLots of different issues when dealing with this branch. Not receiving any form for confirmation once I’d paid the holding fee. Difficulty getting anyone to answer the phone. Never once received a response to any email I sent. When I did get through on the phone no one was able to answer my questions. I was told 2 different desposit amounts. Once I’d moved in I noticed a leak, when I reported this I was told to put some tin foil over it.
