GoogleOver the past two years we have used Entwistle for lettings of our 7 newly refurbished flats. Absolutely fantastic to deal with & the team as a whole are very well organised. Exactly what you want from an estate agent. More importantly the tenants they have found for our flats have had a similar experience dealing with them thus adding value to the experience of renting our flats.

GoogleLet our property within one week of first listing. Staff were really good. If you left a message, they promptly got back to you, which is somewhat rare in this day and age. If you're thinking about an estate agent, give them a go

GoogleOur rent late again! We pay for a full managed service but every month they don’t send us the rent on time. Even when they receive the money from the tenant well in advance. Poor communication, and full of excuses.

GoogleMy friend paid £250 for nothing and can't get a refund it's wrong and daylight robbery!! I would never ever use these estate agents way too expensive with fees etc. There attitudes are disgusting and the info they ask for is invasion of your privicey! I have no choice to give 1 star I would give them NOTHING!

The manager John, along with his agents Sian and Julia bent over backwards for me the entire time I was with them and they are both very professional and will go the extra mile for customers. GoogleMy son was trying to rent a flat , everything seemed to be going fine then he got a call saying the owners had withdrawn from from renting and was selling . Trying to get his holding fee is taking days and days . Quick to take £200 but very slow to give it back . Very poor

GoogleWe had a good experience putting our house on the market, and excellent hard work and communication from Imogen who worked her socks off holding together the chain and keeping everyone in the know at the end. Sadly the communication went a bit haywire in the middle when no one made contact for weeks, told us our then agent had left or picked up our messages or email queries. Hence only three stars.
