GoogleWould like to thank Julia and Abbie, the work they have put in to sell our house has been amazing. I would be delighted to recommend Entwistle Green in Blackburn to anyone wishing to put their house on the market with them. Our house was very difficult to sell but the girls found the right person and even through the times we got disheartened the girls gave us hope that the right person would come along. GoogleIf there was an option of zero star rating I would give this company that. It has nearly been a year since I've had dealings with this company and still its raw and unforgettable!! Unfortunately the property I was purchasing was being sold by this agent and never had I experienced such petty and unprofessional staff. My property had been sold by stones and young and their service was amazing and I couldnt believe how smoothly and well it had gone..but little did I realise what was around the corner..entwistle green was selling my dream property and from start to finish they lacked motivation or willingness to communicate with me, ortheir own offices or my solicitor or surveyors!!!..expected me to do the leg work that they vendor paid them for. They were all abrupt and rude dismissive and acted like they didnt care! As though they did me a favour just answering the phone...i dreaded ringing their office and had to just continue and take it until I purchased the property but this experience will be 1 that il not frget for the wrong reasons...I've warned my friends and family to steer clear!

Sherry and Tracy have certainly exceeded expectations in the manner they have aided with the input into what aspects needed addressing prior to letting, managing the contractual arrangements through to ensuring that the property was ready for the tenants moving in. The service has been impeccable and I have no hesitation in recommending Sherry and Tracy to anyone. I would add that I base this review on an experience with another local Agent where the service was appalling - to be treated in a courteous, professional and with a smile by Sherry and Tracy at Entwistle Green made things so very easy and stress free.
