I chose Entwistle green because they were so honest and genuine, totally upfront about everything, not at any point did I feel rushed, this was a particularly difficult sale for myself and they made sure I was reassured and kept communication to a level I felt comfortable with and passed this information to 3rd parties, to minimise any further stress on myself, which was greatly appreciated all members of staff are super helpful and respectful highly recommended, certainly over other local estate agents who can be quite rude and pushy

Very Poor Service. They give appointment confirm it and then cancel it but without letting you know. And when you call them back after their ‘No Show’ lady on the phone lies and say she tried to call you and it rang but no one answered. I didn’t have any missed call. When I asked why did she not leave a voicemail or message so simple said she didn’t. Very rude. I lost my half days wages unnecessarily. Very unprofessional and very poor.

They sent a confirmation text for a 9.15am viewing, only to ring at 9am to say that it was a mistake and was for 3pm. They then continued to put the blame on me saying, I should have rang them when i got a morning appointment as they only do afternoon showings. How am I meant to know I am to rearrange a morning appointment, i dont work there to know there is only afternoon showings!! I travelled 40mins after a nightshift, to have a phone call 15mins before a viewing to cancel, whilst sat outside the property, utterly disgraceful and gave no apology! The lady on the phone call also lied saying she sent a confirmation for 3pm after the morning was sent, but i have nothing on my phone except my liason about the property and the vieiwng time. If they owned up to their mistake, i would have rearranged but after being accused and let down once, im not going to be fooled again.

Entwistle green were fantastic when me and partner were buying a house. Julia was lovely and extremely professional. However, that is when the praise stops. Countrywide who Entwistle green use are absolutely awful! We paid for searches back in March and they weren’t submitted till the 3rd July. Due to covid and the reduction in mortgages, we pulled out of the property. I rang countywide to cancel the searches on the 13th July. We were told that we would get a refund, however this was a lie and now they are saying that some of the searches had been done when I wasn’t told this over the phone. They are refusing to refund us the full amount and so I have got a legal team involved to try and resolve this. Countrywide is a big NO, do NOT use!!!NegativeQuality
