Avoid at all cost!! I let a property via this Estate Agent. They took the deposit, did not properly Insure it, Refused to transfer it even though the tenant was evicted and owed several thousand of Pounds of unpaid rent. I am still chasing them to this day!

Went to Entwistle Green after 2 failed sales with another agent albeit one of those I believe was down to the start of Lockdown in early March. I was comfortable as soon as I spoke to John and Julia and feedback and communication was instant after every viewing. Within 3 weeks I had an offer and completed today (19/10). The legal services provided by Countrywide are so straightforward and easy to use and dealing with Joanne Holt was so easy and everything was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Entwistle Green and Countrywide Conveyancing for speed, efficiency, professionalism and just a pleasure to deal with generally. Thanks againPositiveProfessionalism

Well from Start to finish Megan was amazing, she showed us around the property and then did everything she could to have us moved in on the date as soon as she could. The property required a new boiler which was put into the property before we moved in!. Me and my partner can't thank megan and the other team members at entwistle green enough for the help they gave us!. Lovely Sherri and Toni made what could have been a stressful day into something very easy. I had all of my luggage with me And it would’ve been a faff had I had to get taxis to and from the office and then the flat on move in day. Luckily I sat with Sherri to sign all the adequate paperwork and then Toni very kindly squeezed me and my luggage into her car and drove me to the property. From start to finish 5* service. Recently moved in to my very own house with my partner, the letting agents were really kind and friendly, Bobbie kept us informed about what was going on as we needed a new boiler fitted before we could move in. She knew how stressed and frustrated we both was as we didn’t want to wait any longer but Bobbie did everything she could to make sure we moved in and everything in the property was up to it’s standards. Bobbie had all the paperwork printed out and on the desk for when we moved in so we could get our keys as soon as possible. Can’t fault the whole team one little. they have all been amazing and made our experience one to remember. I will continue to recommend Entwistle Green to family and friends!

Well where do i start.. The staff at Entwistle Green could not do enough to help the completion of my recent property purchase. Excellent communications from the team and Laura the mortgage advisor. The team always updated on progress. A special mention to John the branch manager who went way above and beyond to aid completion after a few hurdles with legal queries. I put my house on the market as I wanted to move to a 4 bedroom house. I wasn't sure who to market my house with as from my research the top three contenders were Entwistle green, Keenan's and Bridgfords. I got a valuation from all three. My brother had sold with Entwistle green a year ago and had a very pleasant experience so I chose Entwistle green. When John came over to do a valuation on my house i told him i wanted to go live as soon as possible to give me the best chance to sell quick to give me the best chance of securing the house we really liked. John got me on the market the very same day with a floor plan and with some exceptional pictures. I felt he was going the extra mile for me as the other agents told me it would be about 2 weeks before my house would go live on the market for people to view. The viewings started the very next day with some very good offers. Comunication was brilliant and a week later I got the asking price. Unfortunately for me we had to decline the offer as we had a change of plan so I had to take my house of the market. If I had to do this all over again it would be a no brainer for me to market the house with Entwistle green. I would like to thank John and Sian and also the team at Entwistle green and wish you all the best.

I can’t thank Julia and John at Entwistle Green Blackburn enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Selling the house has been a challenging experience and both Julia and John worked tirelessly for us. Their calm, professional attitude and the extra work undertaken going to and from the property on our behalf (we live a considerable distance from the property we were selling) went far beyond their contract obligations and was incredibly impressive.
