We would highly recommend the Blackburn branch of Entwistle Green. The manager, John was an obvious choice out of 3 estate agents, for his experience and finding we could communicate well with him. Sophia, our Sales negotiator, was a delight. She was efficient, following things up and keeping us up to date about developments. Our phone calls with her were a pleasure. A buyer was quickly found and the sale went through after a few months.

Entwistle Green was our letting agent for more than 10 years. I would highly recommend Sherry Clarke- Harrison, Branch letting Manager and Coleen Buckley who is the property manager. They were always looking after our property as if its like their own. They were very helpful, friendly, polite, efficient and professional. Repairs done quickly and rent paid into our account on time each month. Entwistle Green letting Blackburn is a great agency, very hands on and approachable with dedicated staff. I developed trust with Entwistle Green from the first property that I viewed with them for lettings. Donna was amazing as she understood what I was looking for and helped me make a sensible decision after a couple of properties that we viewed with her. She had to stretch her work timing for us on the day we moved in. I really appreciate that and I can't recommend them enough. I have spoken to Tracy and Sherri over the phone too a few times. They all have been very patient and kind to answer to all my questions.

Sherry and Tracy have been amazing, not pushy, not intrusive just perfectly professional. As a customer, the team put you in the center of their priorities to ensure that the customer is happy and satisfied with the service. All the staff at Entwistle Green were helpful and professional whenever I made contact with them. The house went on the market and several viewings were made very quickly and a sale was agreed. Unfortunately, the sale fell through as a result of COVID-19 related difficulties with the buyer. Julia very quickly arranged for the house to be put back on the market and once again arranged several viewings very quickly which resulted in multiple offers and finally a sale seen through to completion. The last few months have been very difficult for everyone and despite the restrictions Entwistle Green were always professional and worked hard to deliver a great service.
