GoogleSale achieved at the higher end of the price range expected. Plenty of interest generated in the sale of the property. Overall very pleased couple of minor niggles when branch busy on phone calls goes through to a branch support office which resulted in occasional delay. Plus an over eagerness to put a sold on the board prior to fully investigating the buyer. Madeleine in the Blackburn branch was excellent to deal with and kept us fully informed.

But for me the star of the show was Kaitlan Eggleston! . She guided me through the whole process until I had a completion, kept me updated and was always available to answer any question I posed. Google2023 Personal service. (mainly Veda but other staff as well) Queries responded to promptly. When we had a burst pipe the staff at Mortimers went beyond what was expected to help us sort it out. 2024 Second time we have used Mortimers in the last few years. All of the above still applies!
