From the very first day of making contact with her she has been here through mine and my wife's journey. Very polite, understanding, easy to talk to, approachable, reassuring, easy to get hold of via phone or email whatever time of day and most importantly just being there for me and my wife being first time buyers and I cant fault a single thing throughout this journey of ours. Absolute class service and would highly recommend Mortimers located 82 King William Street, Blackburn, Lancashire, BB1 7DT and if you do speak to Veda Banks then you have nothing to worry about. Brilliant from start to finish!

GoogleIt’s been a pleasure to deal with Mortimers at Blackburn. As a buyer, you want good communication, and honesty, and Veda Banks has these traits in abundance. Sometimes, when you go through a house purchase, it’s difficult to tell the hard truths, but Veda never shied away from telling my how things were progressing (even though it was slow, which was due to the solicitors), even though they were extremely difficult conversations. I’d have no hesitation in using and recommending Mortimers to sell a property for me in the future.

The Sales consultant Sam was very friendly and professional and gave a realistic valuation with an excellent photography deal to maximise the success of our sale! GoogleMy parents who live in Blackburn selected Mortimer to sell their home. I actually live in North Norfolk. The service that we received from the Blackburn branch was excellent and despite the distance between myself and my parents the staff at Mortimers particularly Patrina went out of their way to ensure that I was it kept fully informed at all steps of the process. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them to other potential sellers.
