I can't thank Veda at Mortimer's Blackburn enough for what she has done for me. Although the purchase of the property did not work out it was I no way down to the Estate agents and indeed Veda went above and beyond to get the sale through. Sadly the vendor would not complete and put the house back on the market. My girlfriend and I reflect over the weekend and decided to buy a house together once she sells her house. Then surprisingly the vendor came back to accept my offer but our plans changed . We will be contacting Mortimer's to help us look for another house a better one and more suitable to our needs . What a difference a week makes .

My husband met her at the office as we put the offer in, she explained she had rarely met the purchasers. We have had relevant liaison, liased with other members of the team. Arranged my new property from abroad initially with Gareth Hunt who was excellent. Lizzie worked with us via phone and email for the application stages and kept us informed and regularly updated throughout. We arrived late at the property on the day we were collecting the keys due to a number of hiccups throughout the day, not relating to the property, Nik Trapans was waiting there for us for almost two hours, during this time he also let in our Asda delivery. Nik was paitent and understanding, he went well over and above his normal responsibility even driving to the property before our moving in day to let in deliveries that arrived early. My husband previously worked in lettings and has never seen customer service and commitment at this outstanding level. Nothing is too much hassle for them. We had previously viewed properties with other agencies and they were no where near the level of professionalism Mortimers showed. I highly recommend Mortimers and the team. Thankyou for helping us move into our beautiful home.
