GoogleHappy to hide any issues that you may miss to get their sellers top money. Then when the sale goes through won’t help you rectify them in the slightest. Selling a dangerous property with a light switch in the bathroom less than a meter from a shower, no smoke alarms, faulty electric meter, constant debris falling down the chimney, TWO water leaks causing lasting damage a leaking roof, non functioning fridge freezer unit, radiators not working, sunken floor boards and many more issues. Be prepared to pay for any issues to get sorted yourself on top of the money you’re already paying for the property and to the estate agents. I would never ever use this agent again and will certainly tell others not to. They will never side with the buyer and always with the seller. They’re just as guilty as the sellers.
