Review about the Financial Advice arm of Ocean Estate Agents. Clear, concise mortgage advice. No waffle, no trying to sell me what I don't need. And then a light touch through the conveyancing process, but always on hand to answer any questions I had. Always replied to questions within a few hours. I would definitely use them again.

Good experience, estimated a much better rental value than other agents consulted and true to their word secured it. First time letting and guided through the process of all the mandatory requirements, arranging gas, electricity checks etc and at a competitive price. I have been renting a house through Ocean for five years and I have had three different portfolio managers. The current one, Hannah Smith, is, by far, the best one. She always replies my emails straight away and she is very polite. I have never seen her before but I imagine her with a constant smile on her face! Thanks, Hannah!
