The online service(e-mails etc.) has been always good, however whenever we needed to go in person to the agency, we felt we weren't very welcomed. Overall it was good.

Highly recommend Ocean after my experience buying my first home, after a lengthy process getting amendments to a lease on my new flat which took a while, Jordan the move manager kept me updated on the progress and was very helpful with any questions I had. All the estate agents were also great and always on time! Great experience definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Ocean and found them very helpful but due to complexity of my purchase I was passed onto 3 different solicitors which made the purchase take much longer than planned , but was till very happy happy with service from Ocean especially the move manager Rosie who went above and beyond to speed things up as much as possible

I was first time buyer and seller had a chain.Regular updates while on holiday as well. Due to seller chain it took longer., although seller and me with ocean, could have been quicker. Luckily I wasnot in rush. My case was bit tricky, still they managed well, over all good and friendly professionals, secure transations, bit higher fee, but peace off mind.

Overall very happy with the service given by the lettings office. The whole process was quick and we were kept well informed.The only slight downside is that the lettings office moved to Portishead a while ago,which is quite a way from us and potential tenants if they have no transport.This however is just an inconvenience and not a great problem.
