Excellent experience, can thoroughly recommend. I was buying a flat, and they were very good at chasing things through to completion as much as they could, and were always quick to respond to queries.

TrustpilotThey didn't know a some pretty crucial β¦
They didn't know a some pretty crucial details about the property, like whether white goods were included and which parking space or garden belonged to the flat. They moved back our move in date after I had handed in notice with no attempt at an apology. Then they were inflexible about our check in appointment. They were expensive and we got bad service for the money.

The most important thing to me is dealing with pleasant, efficient and friendly staff and on this occasion that's exactly what I got. Good effort was put in by all on what was (due to the type of house construction) not the easiest of sales, Have used Ocean in the past, present and would use them again in the future if needs be.

TrustpilotGreat service from Ocean
Great service from Ocean. They beat their competitors on price, visited us with a much more experience agent than the others and sold the house (completed chain) within 10 days, for slightly over the asking price. Also, good support during the conveyancing progress. They were also complimented by the agent we were buying through, for accurate and timely progress reporting.
