The team at Portishead are excellent. We had been on the market over 6 months before we switched to Ocean. We were with them 2 weeks and got an offer close to our asking price. In addition the mortgage service is excellent, securing a saving of £600 per month over our existing provider. I really recommend this team.

FacebookDisgusted with their services as letting properties. Found porn DVD in our rental property. Not cleaned and way too many complaints to list. Would never recommend them.

TrustpilotWell Done Ocean Property
Ocean property were professional and efficient over our purchase in Bedminster. Marise took the time to explain matters. Ashleigh always responded promptly to our emails. Our purchase was inevitably complicated and delayed by Covid but the end stages were smooth due to our choice of solicitor. I say this in comparison to our experience of other solicitors in the past. Thankyou!

TrustpilotOcean estate agents and property lawyers
We used Ocean Bishopston and Ocean Property Lawyers for our house purchase and were very impressed with both services. Our estate agent, Jordan, was very helpful and proactive at moving the sale through as quickly as possible, and Stephanie, our Solicitor, was also very professional and worked with speed and excellent communication throughout the conveyancing process. I would recommend both services.
