Very poor. As soon as you sign on the dotted line for the flat the staff aren't interested at all. Very slow process, ignoring emails & phone calls regarding further information to do with our flat.

The staff that dealt with us was very nice and professional. They accommodated our needs when possible with fast response. The house was meant to be professionally cleaned prior to moving but it was not cleaned.We had problems with the heating on our first night. We informed them if this well before office closing hours but they only sent someone to fix it on the next day.
