Previous reviews from this customer have been removed by Trust Pilot following independent investigation. See other claims made online of other established, reputable Bristol agents. We do not recognize the version of events described by this applicant tenant. Ocean refute all libelous remarks and have instructed legal representatives. We would kindly ask this person to cease & desist all comments and contact with Ocean employees.

Communication was good towards completion date, however when I ran into problems with the house purchase (no fault of the estate agent) the communication wasn't really what I would have wanted. I was in a very difficult living situation and had great difficulty in planning what I was going to do, even if there wasn't any progress it would have been useful to have known.

Ocean did eventually sell our property. My only reservation is that perhaps they were trying to market it to a sector unlikely to buy it. We always felt the property would sell to a professional couple with children which is in fact what eventually happened. However most of the viewers were elderly couples looking to downsize and due to the number of stairs involved etc were unlikely to ever be purchasers.

Jemima and James from the Downend branch have been absolutely amazing! Renting / Referencing processes always feels like a nightmare (and usually are) but they’ve made it so smooth sailing. Always answered our calls/replied to emails in a quick timeframe with everything we needed to know and kept us in the loop with everything. Hope they get the recognition they deserve :)

We cannot fault the service received by the team from the Bradley Stoke office. Everyone we have liaised with from our first viewing all the way to exchange has been brilliant. Lauren in particular has been fantastic in keeping us updated thoughout what is a stressful process and without her help and dedictaton we are sure the process of buying our first home would have taken much longer. Highly recommend.
