In a very long protracted and stressful sale because of a first purchaser dropping out after 4 months and the actual sale taking ages to complete, both Steve and Mel at the Westbury On Trym branch were very helpful, sympathetic, prompt, and professional. The delays and stresses were not down to Ocean.

Ocean’s doing a great job managing my HMO property in Downend for several years. Jamie-Lauren Du Toit, portfolio manager, is quick to let me know what’s going on at the house which needs my involvement and very responsive once I’ve made a decision. All smooth so far! James and Gerald in the Downend Lettings team are also most helpful and supportive when my tenants need local and urgent assistance.

Worst experience ever. Of 6 property managing agents over 8 years this one is hands down the worst. Late replies which ignore your main point, months or in our case over a year for things to get fixed.
