The whole sale went very smoothly thanks to ocean Shirehampton. They kept us up to date, did weekly round ups and chasing calls, and were on hand to answer any questions.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to people needing to sell their house. The estate agent and the property lawyer sections of Ocean were both wonderful.

No professional cleaning whatsoever.We had problems with the heating in the house and they didn't send anyone. Just a YouTube video DIY. At the end, after bleeding the radiators ourselves with no results, they said to us that if we had caused any damage to the boiler it was our expense, an accusation that is out of place. On the other hand, the response to the emails was very quick and people were polite.

After an initial hiccup with marketing, the staff I have dealt with at the Westbury on Trym branch have been excellent. Very appoachable and friendly but also professional and they have gone above and beyond duty to be as helpful as possible, including during the period between acceptance of offer and exhange.

Superb throughout a very long and painful chain. Generally haven't a great view of Estate Agents and whilst some Firms might operate in an underhand manner. Rhia, Claire, Jenny and Tom have all been brilliant, if they promise to call you back they actually call you back! Uncommon based on my experience of other Bristol agents.

A sub standard experience from first to last. As almost all of the contractual and deposit elements appear to be outsourced, all Ocean appear to be is a shop front and middle man, which requires purely communication; something they are attrocious at.
Thank you for your feedback. It is of the upmost importance to Ocean lettings & management that our tenants have a positive and seamless tenancy application and move in experience. Your case file has been reviewed and we apologise for the frustrations during your application, in particular to the provision of passport ID as is a legal requirement. This oversight on the 2nd viewing was certainly unfortunate as you were living some distance away at the time. The only outsourced function is the referencing, we have a dedicated Ocean tenancy moving hub handling all other aspects of contracts. We manage in excess of one thousand properties and 'let only' many thousands more, our hub is the most efficient way to ensure a speedy and stress free process for tenants & landlords. Once again we are very sorry this was not completely the case on this occasion. We hope our payment of costs to actuate the ID, additional works to the property over & above agreed contract arrangements and change of contract dates assures you of our best intentions at all times.
