Amazing service from ocean from start to finish. We have purchased a property which only took 6 weeks. This was such a fast turn around which I feel was purely due to the perseverance of our contact in ocean Melissa Bell. She was brilliant and ensured our solicitor stayed on track. From start to finish all the staff at ocean have been absolutely amazing and very supportive so thank you.

TrustpilotBuying through Ocean, Westbury-on-Trym
Melissa (Ocean Estate Agents Move Manager, Westbury-on-Trym) has been an absolute star: professional, efficient and supportive throughout the long journey it has taken to buy my flat, and has been the friendly, stabilising factor in a branch that has had many staff changes over the last year.Helen (Ocean Property Lawyers, Westbury-on-Trym) has also been a star: friendly, efficient, and always happy to clarify things I haven’t understood along the way.Thank you both!

TrustpilotVery helpful , efficient, and also patient
Ocean finance have been exceptionally helpful with my mortgage renewal. They have been very patient with me and reminded me and advised me several times about the paperwork to provide. Without them I would have been stuck on a much less favourable mortgage rate as I don't think I would have got it sorted out. I am very grateful to them for their help and kindness.

The service my mother recieved from Ocean during her recent house sale and purchase has been fantastic. The staff in the branch and the legal team could not do enough to help my mum and explain processes to her. The whole team really went above and beyond to ensure her move went well, and that she understood what was going on. Nothing was too much trouble. Huge thanks to all the Ocean team.

TrustpilotAs newcomers to the letting market
As newcomers to the letting market, we appreciated the help we received from Ocean. They made the process very straightforward and had a welcome professional but friendly approach in all our dealings with them.Edit:For the avoidance of doubt, we are new landlords, not new tenants.

Pleasure to have been of help, really pleased to hear that you found the process Straightforward and that the team were helpful and friendly, we aim to provide a great service. As a landlord there is an awful lot of red tape to go through to ensure it is all compliant. We greatly appreciate your feedback and hope that the tenancy runs smoothly for all involved.

Ocean were very helpful through the entire process. When I bought my house they came round and told me the best way to renovate it to get the maximum appeal and price when I resold. During the selling process they were always available if there were any questions. Ocean have been a fountain of knowledge and have been happy to give me desktop valuations of properties I have been interested in buying to renovate and sell on.
