I had a really positive experience with mortgage advisor Simon Lack from the Downend branch, he was helpful, friendly and took so much time trying to help me find the best deal and what I needed, he put in time outside of his working day to talk me through concerns and was generally just a great person to deal with, I would highly recommend him and Ocean's mortgage service!

In general I've been quite happy with the service from Ocean but there have been a couple of issues over the years... 1. There have been some issues with transfer of information between different members of staff dealing with a situation. 2. On occasion some critical requirements for a tenancy start are left to the last minuteHowever, they are better than our previous estate agent in terms of acquiring and vetting tenants and realising a good rental income.

Ocean Lettings have provided excellent service from the day I made that first call over a year ago now. They are very good at what they do. I would especially like to mention Jamie-Lauren who is my point of contact in the agency, she has been brilliant. She always replies to my email quickly and always tries to sort out any issues we have with the flat on an urgent basis. I highly recommend them.

Ocean estate agents were situated close to the property being sold and became our first choice to handle the sell. This was a great choice as the entire team exceeded our expectations. We had regular updates as the selling process was underway and was kept fully informed at all times. The staff were very professional and courteous and afforded us the greatest respect. Thank you for doing an excellent job. Would have no hesitation in using Ocean again.

Buying and selling property is never easy and my house sale was not without it’s issues (none of which were the fault of the estate agent) but the team at Ocean have been great at helping to keep the stress to a minimum, liaising with lawyers and my buyers in a calm, professional manner and dealing with my stress outbursts with kindness and understanding. Over all I’m really happy with the service they gave me.
