From valuation to completion we were given 5 star service, nothing was ever too much trouble. Special thanks needs to go to the move manager Tanya who went above and beyond her job, as our sellers estate agent did nothing to help the process move along, Tanya took it upon herself to sort all issues out and talk to all the relevant people keeping the process ticking along.

We’ve used Ocean Bishopston as sellers several times, and they have always been excellent. This was our first experience buying through Ocean and it went very smoothly at an incredibly busy time. The whole team we came into contact with were good, and we were especially impressed with Move Manager Jordan who was a pleasure to deal with, responsive, organised, and kept the wheels turning so that the purchase went through.

I had had a bad experience selling my property and was wary of unknown charges, I therefore chose Ocean over an online company as I felt I would be able to talk to someone who knew the area. I could not have asked for a better experience, the original quote was clear, they were always able to talk to me and knew how the purchase was going. Communication was excellent, they offered prompt and friendly advice and I found them very reassuring. The final price contained no surprises and I would recommend them to anyone wanting an efficient, friendly service with a good knowledge of the market.

Ocean were fantastic from the start, Steve has great local knowledge of Shirehampton and took lovely photos of our house. The house sold within 10 days, and Ella worked extremely hard to make sure both us and the buyers were continually updated, and she did a lot of chasing of solicitors to ensure we got the swift move we were after. We have dealt with some bad estate agents in our time, so Ocean were an absolute pleasure to deal with, would recommend to anyone local to Shirehampton.

Rental - Ocean staff I have come into contact with to rent my property have all demonstrated a high level of professionalism in their approach to work. From the initial stages when I first had to look at the property, through to completion and signing of documents. They also acted promptly at all times, they were nice, supportive and helpful. Their approach to work made the process stress free for me. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We have sold our house through Ocean and are just at the point of exchange and I can honestly say that Ocean couldn’t have been more helpful. Ocean have managed our sale with meticulous detail and taken a lot of the worry away from us. In the past I have toyed with using online estate agents to sell but after this experience I now believe that any additional fees you pay, you get back ten fold with the effort they put in.

Simply put, if your buying or selling a house is BS3 talk to Ocean. The service we received from the whole Ocean team was excellent. We were kept well informed at all stages of our complex transaction. Troy and Chris did a fantastic professional job of selling our home, exceeding our expectations on sale price, on more than one occasion when buyers failed to proceed. Claire, Ocean’s move manager, did a sterling job managing all the ongoing communications with solicitors, buyers and other parties. She navigated some very difficult and trying issues, and we always felt was working in our best interests to the end.We would also highly recommend Ocean Property Lawyers. Marise and Linda, managed both our sale and purchase efficiently and kept us and all the agents updated, and offered sound advice when needed. Having dealt with several other of Estate agents on North Street, they are clearly the best on the street. Honest, reliable and professional.

Professional, prompt at replying and go the extra mile to help making the process of buying a house as easy as possible. As with all house buying there is always a hiccup here and there. However, Craig and his colleagues were brilliant and really did chase and make everything fall into place as best it could. I could not thank them more for their help and everything they have done. If we look to move in the future then I will not hesitate to ask these guys to assist in the sale. Buying or selling I would highly recommend this team of staff and the exceptional work they do.

We've used Ocean Lettings and Management on our property in Bristol since 2015. They offer an excellent, stress-free service and have made our lives as distant landlords so much easier. Our latest property manager, Josh, has been superb. His communications are quick and clear, and he seemingly always goes out of his way to assist with enquiries. I recommend use of this letting agency.

At all times I have been happy with the level of service, such as: Ocean proactively informed me about any issues, liaised with the management company directly when needed, kept me up-to-date on the progress of the sale during COVID, etc.
