Mis-sold my flat. They told me my lease length was a lot longer than it was in my lease contract. Quite a lot of other information was incorrectly presented by the estate agent too. Will be wary of them in the future.

Having been seriously messed around and let down by the men in shiny suits at Connells Estate agent W-O-T, we turned to Ocean to sell our house. From start to finish the process was smooth and so efficient. Tommy conducted the viewings, and always gave immediate feedback. We used Ocean property lawyers for our conveyancing, and many thanks go to Helen and Jess. At Ocean 'in house' conveyancing actually means in house, the conveyancing team are within the same building. The moving process was managed by the star that is Melissa Bell, and I thank her for her work. If you want to be treated as a Person and not just a commission, then use Ocean Estate Agents, you will not be disappointed. FABULOUS!

Up until recently, my experience with ocean generally has been fairly middling. Previous managers who I would have to contact about various issues would either not get back to me in a timely manner or didn't understand the concerns I had as a tenant. However that has very much changed since Jamie-Lauren DuToit has taken over. Extremely professional, always responds in a timely manner and has always communicated well with me to keep me updated on any issues.

We decided to choose Ocean to sale our house after getting another valuation from another leading estate agents and were not disappointed, the whole Ocean team were extremely organised and polite, they got us lots of viewings and our house was sold within 2 months, the sale went through with no hiccups and we are now in our new house and very happy, we would highly recommend Ocean to anyone who is considering moving.

I've used Ocean Property Lawyers in Clifton for two conveyancing transactions recently and with both they have been exceptional. They have been very quick to respond to queries and chase other parties, putting pressure on the other side when needing and resolving problems quickly. I have dealt predominantly with Rhiannon who has been brilliant however all of the staff are friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend their services and will happily use them again for future property work.

I used Ocean to transfer mortgages as my fixed term ran out before I had completed the sale of my property. They listened to my needs and what I wanted from my mortgage. The team were knowledgeable and discussed a range of options with me. I ended up with the mortgage that met my needs in the short term and will be using them again to find me my new mortgage on my new property.

Ocean Shirehampton Branch have been fantastic. Myself as the owner made a wrong decision to what price I wanted for the property and what was realistic at these difficult times. But In the end I took Steve’s advice and sold the property. Tanya then took over and dealt with the after sales part, chasing up both solicitors and any related items. My solicitor wasn’t the best and she had quite a task there !!!. But I will take this opportunity in thanking Tanya for all her hard work in seeing it to the end, a credit to the Shirehampton branch. we had problems with heating in the house and they didn't send any tecnician so the first night we were freezing. Also we had been accused of touching boiler and if so we were supposed to pay the bill. Also house was not clean at all when we came in and it was supposed to be professional clean.Anyway people from agency looked nice and polite, also when we asked to have a second viewing of the hoyse to take some measurements that was possible with no problems

Ocean property lawyers were so polite but I felt as a first time buyer I didn't get much involved they sent me documents which I didn't have a clue about what I was signing I had to do quite a bit of chasing as they didn't really keep me updated they got me in before Xmas which is what I wanted so that was all good just could of done with a bit more guidance and information but other than that it they were very good
