We’ve been renting our flat through Ocean since the outset many years ago. They have been fantastic throughout the tenancy changes making everything run smoothly. This is so important for us as we live overseas, knowing our property and our tenants are well looked after. Mirela does a brilliant job of keeping us informed of the things that need doing from time to time and getting these done without delay. Keeping our tenants happy is our number one priority.

I dealt with two members of staff at this branch. Stacey and Lisa. Both absolutely brilliant . Good comunicators with information and always updated on progress, informative updates were chased on a regularl basis. I feel that the staff here really exceeded my expectations. In fact they were worth their weight in gold . It's not often that you find people who really go the extra mile to help you. Staff at this branch did that. Any business is only as good as the people it employs so I hope this branch hangs onto the team it has as a whole.

I was very impressed with all the team member specially Mel, who kept me updated almost on daily basis. Tommy, every time I called he has answered within 2 times ring and gave me such a personal feeling. Becky, who is the most professional lawyer I come across in my life. The ocean team are welcoming, passionate and professional. I can’t thank them enough, I will do more business with them and recommend them. Happy first time buyer!I am really pleased I chose to buy with Oceans as so far they have been hugely patient with me and my lack of knowledge on buying property! Chris Moody (Bristol) showed me round the property and helped me secure it, explaining everything clearly along the way. I have also more recently been working with Katie Hedges and Tom Weaver who have also been great. I have felt very safe and secure working with Oceans.

Took a lot longer for a simple remortgage than it should. Made two fundamental errors on property valuation request and the initial mortgage package was ineligible for us, both causing delays. Hung up on me when I called to complain. Was a free service and wasn’t worth the money.

Thank you for your feedback, we are both surprised and concerned to learn you are unhappy with the service you experienced. Let us assure you of our disappointment as this is contrary to the many positive customer reviews we receive for our mortgage services.Our Ocean mortgage Directors have reviewed your case file, unfortunately this is somewhat hampered due to the fact that the adviser handling your case is no longer with the business. The file notes do not document to your call experience when trying to complain as you state, please be assured this is absolutely not what we would expect of any Ocean employee, please accept our sincere apologies.Records available do confirm the application process was in fact well within the expected time frame however. The application was presented on the 16th January, 2 days subsequent to your initial consultation, the survey was conducted 4 working days later on the 22nd. The lender confirmed an actual mortgage offer on the 6th of February having not requested any further information. We see no evidence of any delay by Ocean mortgages hereafter, we were simply awaiting your chosen 'free legal' provider and lender to complete the application, our 'mortgage hub' made multiple calls to chase the application during this time. The re-mortgage was finally completed on the 21st February. Assuring you of our best intentions at all times, Kind Regards, Ocean.

As those who have done it know, the process of searching for, arranging viewings and eventually purchasing a property can be a bit of a stressful affair. From start to finish, Ocean Estate Agents (Bishopston branch) have been nothing but exemplary - with special mention to the agent I have been dealing with, Nick. His insight, friendliness and understanding have proved incredibly valuable and I look forward to completing a purchase through him! Awful letting agents, no customer service skills, rude on the phone. Use incompetent traders that have damaged our property and have illegally let themselves into our homes. I honestly dont know how they can treat people like this. Pariahs

We are yet to find a lettings file or property that may be attributed to your name. An initial investigation via our teams has not been able to work out what the problem may be? We trust you have discussed matters with our property management team if we do manage the property you are letting/have let. 2nd time using Ocean Shirehampton branch for the selling & purchasing. The manager, Steve couldn’t have been more helpful....whatever the day or time. He was knowledgable about our area and was always made himself available if I needed to discuss anything. The selling agents Stacey & Sam also were friendly & helpful, whether they were the agents accompanying potential buyers on viewings or meeting with us to visit properties ourselves. Tanya & the office staff do so much behind the scenes but are critical in helping to smooth out any creases in a stressful sale & purchase, all with a smile. I would also recommend the legal team. Helen, Jessica and Sadie did a great job. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better service than our Shirehampton team provided us.

I found the Ocean Lawyers Team to be incredibly helpful, honest and experienced. The customer service from them was outstanding and they handled everything very well considering a lot off enquires cropped up but they handled the whole process seamlessly. Laura, Georgia and Clare have been amazing - thank you. It helped very much having a move manager Lisa who was experienced and knowledgeable. The agents were helpful also but at times I felt the service could have been better! Overall I would recommend Ocean.
