We have had our property in the hands of Ocean for about six years. We approached Ocean after problems with another agent and should have initially gone straight to them. We have had no problems with renting or tenants and any queries that have arisen have been sorted professionally and efficiently. We leave the property in their hands and they handle everything for us whilst at the same time keeping us updated at all times, and working together we have achieved a very good relationship. I would highly recommend Ocean Estate Agents and the very personal and professional service they offer.

Good communication and attention to detail for a reasonable price. Sale of my flat has been complicated by a change of management company and fastidious solicitors acting for the buyer, meaning process has taken nearly 5 months, but Ocean have been pretty good at trying to resolve issues or letting me know when I need to get involved, and must have spent a fair amount of time for no extra charges. Particularly appreciate having my phone calls answered by the person doing the work -- thanks!

She has always been available, responded immediately and is keen to sort out any issues with the flat and carry out diligent periodic inspections. She also maintains a good and friendly relationship with the tenants. I believe she will be instrumental in keeping the current tenants and looking after the fabric of our flat.

They are super good in all aspects. The first proposed price was a bit too high, which was the reason why it took some time to get the first offer. But I don't take this as a fault. Tom doing this was really good too. All the staff at Southville Office are not just helpful but were really quick and efficient, which is I must say rare to obtain across various services and commerces.In the region, all residents including myself know bad reputations of Cjholes (too greedy etc.). OCEAN makes a clear difference on the quality of the service and not being greedy or mean in that sense.

I've given an average review for Ocean Lettings as, in my experience, they are not the best I've rented through but definitely not the worst. They are pleasant to deal with but there is room for improvement.We've lived in our rented property now for about 5 months and since have had 4 minor issues that have been temporarily repaired (the 1st of which was immediately as we moved in). However, we have no idea as to where the delays are made, it could be contractors, it could be the landlord, so Ocean are not being blamed by any means by me. The biggest negative for me was how dirty the property and appliances were when we moved in. Again, not a major issue just a bit of an inconvenience when, after the stress of moving, I had to deep clean - especially with a toddler! Fortunately these are only minor issues that don't effect our living too much. I am confident that, once the property issues are resolved, I can up the stars to 5! :)

Some wrong information at viewing led to back and forth with the vendor and me ultimately not having the full picture of the property and what was being included.Sometimes I would get calls with wrong information or get multiple calls about the same thing.
