TrustpilotOur first rent...
This was our first rent and we couldn't have been in better hands. The past few months have been completely hectic and stressed, but Ocean have dealt with our situation with patience and bespoke advice. The communication between us and our Lettings Negotiator, Kayla, has been second to none. Always replying to us immediately and putting our minds at ease as well as being so friendly and approachable. And despite the few bumps in the road to get to our move in day, the overall experience has been amazing.

I have been trying to sell my house for two years. it was sold twice previously and had fallen through. I decided to use Ocean because I noticed they had a sold house previously on my road. Ocean staff communicated between me and my son who was in the UK dealing with the matter for me while I am currently in the Caribbean due to cancelled flights because of COVID 19.I am very happy and would recommend a family member or a friend to Ocean.

Buying a house is a long and complex process, but the team at Ocean Southville were perfect in helping to chase slow and unresponsive solicitors and agents.I would absolutely recommend Ocean financial when buying a property.

TrustpilotHighly recommended
A very professional and friendly service from Steve and the team at Shirehampton. House was marketed well and received a good number of offers on first day of viewings. Regular communication throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

TrustpilotWe felt jinxed....but then there was Ocean!
We felt jinxed with trying to sell our house; it went on the market in 2019 and didn’t sell due to Brexit and a General election, we put it back on the market early 2020 and a pandemic happened. Ocean were always extremely helpful, professional and efficient though and dealt with the COVID 19 restrictions extremely well. We found all the representatives to be friendly and we trusted them....such an important ingredient. We would definitely recommend Ocean and thank them for helping us achieve our dream of moving to Devon!

TrustpilotEstate agents can get a bad rap
Estate agents can get a bad rap, but Ocean were honestly brilliant from start to finish. They did all our viewings (Covid safely) and showed the house to several people who were registered with them already so they knew exactly what they were looking for. They were friendly and professional to deal with, and really quick to respond to any queries. This is the second time we have used Ocean and I would definitely recommend them.

TrustpilotGreat service for our purchase!
Ocean (Shirehampton Branch) were fantastic to deal with for our purchase. We sold through another agent, and were sceptical that buying through a different agent might make things tricky, but the sales team and progression team were fantastic all the way through. Any questions we had (a lot!) were answered quickly and comprehensively, and all of the team were happy to assist us with any queries or problems in any way they could.

TrustpilotFirst Rate Service
This was my first time using Ocean Financial Services and I honestly could not have asked for more. Neil Butler arranged my mortgage and managed to get me an incredible rate that matched my needs perfectly. We had a couple of issues due to an archaic rule at the lenders end, and Neil pursued matters against all odds and managed to get it turned around (how he did this I do not know). Once arranged, Tracey Green took over and oversaw everything from form queries to follow ups with solicitors. She checked in with me every few weeks to make sure everything was going smoothly with my purchase, and already has my mortgage renewal date in her diary so that they can look for new deals. They are a fantastic team and I cannot reccomend them highly enough.

This purchase turned out to be far from straightforward. However, the Westbury office of Ocean were there to help us every step of the way. Mel in particular was fabulous - supportive and able to find ways to help overcome obstacles.

TrustpilotOcean were very professional
Ocean were very professional and supportive when it came to selling our house after 36 years. They gave us good advice when preparing our home for sale and we were consulted about the information and photos they used. It was easy to make contact with them and Ella in particular was always quick to respond and keep us informed. Thank you Ocean for helping us through what can be a very stressful experience!

TrustpilotOutstanding professionalism from Ocean
Outstanding professionalism from the start. In particular, North St branch manager Chris Moody gave excellent advice, care and attention. Despite having had great service when buying my house through Ocean, I put it on the market to sell with a competitor who’d promised a higher price. They failed to deliver after four long months so I switched to Ocean. Within two weeks they’d found a buyer and despite the restrictions and complications imposed by the Virus which made things so difficult - like landing a six pound fish on a three pound line...they managed to secure the Sale. I would certainly use them again and can recommend them unreservedly. Thanks to all the efforts of the Ocean support team - Georgina, Tom, Olivia, Stephanie of their solicitors et al, I can move on with things even in these troubled times.

TrustpilotI've used the Ocean Knowle branch for …buying and selling.
I've recently used the Ocean Knowle branch for both buying and selling. Their fees were very competitive and they provided a fantastic service from valuation to completion. Ocean provided a professional and proactive approach throughout and they clearly understand the local property market. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback. As we know Bristol is a fantastic city, ever changing and growing, but it is very much about knowing the 'local' property markets when it comes to offering best advise for both selling and buying. Great to hear our Knowle tram did this for you.

I recently bought my first home and used Kelly at Ocean Property Lawyers for my conveyancing after several recommendations. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Kelly. It was a tricky purchase with a few hurdles to get over but with Kelly's persistence and excellent communication it made the whole process smooth and easy - nothing was ever too much trouble! Thank you so much.
