Dealing with ocean letting department has been a pleasure . From the initial rental valuation to the conformation that our tenants are in . We received lots of help and guidance from Scott regarding the marketing of our property & felt confident that the rigours checks would result in a good match for our property . James & Megan followed everything up with the handover. Professional & comprehensive service

I recently re-mortgaged my property and have very little understanding of what is involved. But the team at Ocean kept me informed, helped me understand the process and answered my many questions. They were simply amazing. They did everything they could to help me get the best rate in a very challenging market. Thank you!

I really could not ask for any more assistance from the team in transactions for my elderly mother. They kept us informed every step of the way and I never felt I had to chase for answers. They were always one step ahead.I’m particularly grateful for the speed they operated at when my mother’s original sale fell through. Can’t recommend highly enough.

TrustpilotOcean estate agents in Shirehampton…
Ocean estate agents in Shirehampton have been brilliant from start to finish. They are a professional, super friendly team, honest, informative, and easy to get hold of on the phone. We were told every step of the way what was happening communication being excellent, (Thankyou Tanya) we also used Ocean solisitors who were equally as good. Selling a property is so stressful even more so during covid so would like to say a big thanks to the whole team.

TrustpilotFive Stars well earned
Five Stars well earned - Ocean were not directly working for me in a long and protracted house sale. They were working for my buyer and related sale. However, I had more information, support and management of expectations from them than has been displayed by either my own Estate Agent or Solicitor. Claire McLaughlin in particular has been outstanding. She is thoughtful, courteous and empathetic. Her updating of the situation kept me sane as feedback from my own Team was next to none. She took time to contact me with updates and best of all - if she said she would ring me back she did! I would recommend this Agency to anyone seeking a reliable, sensible and professional Agent in the Portishead area. My only regret is that they were not working for me directly. Had that been the case this process would have been a lot less stressful and drawn out.

Completely happy with the entire process. There were hurdles along the way, but Lily and her team helped keep me informed whenever we encountered one and, despite the buyers' solicitors' best efforts, we completed on the scheduled date.

TrustpilotC&R from Portishead would highly…
C&R from Portishead would highly recommend this team At the start of 2020, my wife and I decided to move home! You would be right in thinking what an awful time to be involved in the process of buying and selling a house with what was going to come in the following months! We have lived in Portishead for several years and as anybody who lives in Portishead will know, we have more than our fair share of Estate Agents. Over the recent years another Estate Agent moved into Portishead, called Oceans. We thought we had nothing to lose, as it can be a bit of a coin toss to who you use, as they will all promise the world? So, we thought we would give them a try, their offices are modern and well situated in the high street. Believe us when we say it was the right decision, the staff there are very welcoming and their ability to manage the whole process was second to none. You can email, phone them daily, if you are that way inclined? We found the best way, was to let them do their job, as you are paying for this service, so why micro-manage. When anything came up between us and our buyer’s which we were unsure about, they were at hand with vast knowledge on all aspects of selling a house and I would say in some instances they go above and beyond, they don’t even mind making those phone calls, you know the ones, none of us like to make. More importantly they will guide you through the whole process, from start to finish. You could not ask for a better service and to be honest it was that good we used them recently to sale a second property. As in the header we would highly recommend this team, you got nothing to lose, give them a go, or just pick up and phone and listen to what they have to say, you will not regret it. Well we didn't (C&R)
