As a non-U.K. national who recently moved to the U.K. with no prior credit history in the U.K., I found I was ineligible for most bank mortgages. Richard of Ocean Estate agents' mortgage services was able to get a pretty decent deal with Halifax bank in relatively short order, and with minimal fuss. Unlike other mortgage brokers we contacted, this service didn't charge us (their fees come from the bank). All in all, we really appreciate their services -- without them we likely wouldn't be moving into the home we're moving into tomorrow.

Ocean Estate Agents has done it again! They once again helped me with my mortgage without hassle. I do not have anything to do as they did all the heavy lifting. Will only contact me when necessary, communication is spot on and were very professional just like the first time they helped me. I can't trust anybody but only them. I know they will contact me again after 5 years and I will gladly accept their offer of assistance. Thank you once again to the lovely staff and my mortgage adviser Mr. Richard Jarret!

I can strongly recommend using Ocean not only for the sell/purchase of a home but for their remarkable help and guidance with any issues or indeed struggles that may arise.My experience with the staff at Ocean has been both pleasant and supportive. Even though they were only acting as my Estate Agent if it were not fit their consistent help my sell would not of completed. They took over the push for all the conveyances as my Solicitors fell so short.I just wish I would of used Ocean for it all.Well done and thank you to all concerned, especially the Move Manager who deserves her own five stars.

Great service from start to finish! The process of buying our first home went quicker than we expected, which is a reflection of the teams hard work. Luigi helped secure our mortgage in a couple of days and was generally exceptional overall. He never missed anything and always found the best solutions. Linda, our solicitor, always responded in a timely manner and always kept us updated. Whatever questions we had, she was always at hand to help.Thank you all for you hard work and for always being helpful.

Efficient, polite, cool under pressure and methodical. I sold my property with Elephant estate agents and Ocean Property Lawyers worked extremely well with them. As we completed early August I appreciate the market is extremely busy - so both Ocean and my buyers’ solicitors seemed to struggle a little under the weight of their workload, which created a bit of a drag, but overall we were very satisfied with the service. Recommended.

I have used ocean on several occasions over the years. They have a large, established, knowledgeable team who are friendly, trustworthy and professional. They were professional from the point of booking the valuation, to selling the home (considerably higher than the asking price) and subsequently progressing the sale to the point of completion. We have been very impressed by the ocean solicitor service, our solicitor is Kelly Jones who has been acting professionally and efficiently throughout the process of our sale and buy. She took time explaining every details in the paperwork and was extremely helpful in sorting out problems such as the exchange process etc.I would highly recommend ocean estate solicitor team based in Bristol Bradley stokes and the service we have receive cannot be better! This is the worst company I ever dealt with through selling property. Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and clueless. Stay away from them if you're a seller or tenant.
