I have been very impressed with how Ocean have handled our house sale. They were always responsive and proactive, and i felt they were genuinely invested in the process. Katie Hedges in particular deserves calling out as she has been utterly exemplary in how she has helped me. She was on the journey with us, and went out of her way to help in what was at times a stressful process. She provided the necessary bridge between ourselves and the purchaser and did it as well as anyone could have wanted. Importantly, she put the right amount of pressure to influence things even during times when events were outside of our control. Thank you so much!

Ocean estate agents provided a sea of calm at what is obviously a very stressful time in ones life. They were efficient and steered me through the process with patience and understanding. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They appeared to be far more interested than some other agents. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience with Oceans Estate Agents especially they are local of Bradley Stoke, Bristol. They have always been very thorough, approachable and professional and always provided very helpful guidance and advice especially I was a first time buyer and almost knew nothing about the whole process. Brilliant Services, highly recommended indeed! Myself and my partner came across Ocean Lettings in December when we were looking for a place to call home. The day they started advertising we enquired about the property and by the close of play that evening we had already been accepted. The application process was extremely quick but everything was explained to ourselves in great detail at every little stage.We have been moved in now for a couple of months and absolutely love the property and have a great relationship with our Landlord.We cannot fault Ocean Lettings at all, we dealt mainly with a lovely young lady called Ola, she met us at the property and showed us around answering all questions we had and provided us with reassurance every step of the way! Would 100% recommend this Estate Agent to any friends or family who are on the move.

Estate agents & solicitors don’t always get the best reputation and so I was so glad that I chose Ocean (Downend). Weekly updates from their move managers were really useful & reassuring. A great way to keep clients informed, manage expectations & mitigate the number of chasers they receive no doubt, allowing them to get on with the job in hand. Responses to emails were generally answered within a couple of hours and cover was always in place when people were out of the office. Never had an issue with anyone else picking up a query and responding to me in a timely manner. I know of other people moving who have experienced a nightmare!Now, if only someone could pack for me?? 🤣

I moved into a flat in Southville with Ocean in 2019, moving in was no hassle, they didn't try and stick us with any sneaky fee's and they processed our application super fast.My main point of praise however is how they supported us during the pandemic. They were super helpful, understanding and sympathetic with how my landlord and I were struggling, and even helped us speed up the process when we decided to move out to save money.If you can use Ocean when moving in Bristol, you absolutely should.

Our journey with Ocean Downend started with Simon Lack who was our mortgage advisor. He has always been professional, insightful, knowledgeable and helpful - he accommodated for our needs and meeting times. We were first time buyers and Ocean Downend (seller) and Bradley Stoke (ours) were excellent at keeping up in the loop, and answering most of our emails. We were told we would have the keys by a certain time in the afternoon and by 10am, I was told the keys were ready to be collected. On arrival we were gifted with a lovely bottle of wine. I would highly recommend using Ocean Downend, Bradley Stoke and Simon Lack.

Zero verbal communication from officers handling transaction. Very Poor customer service!
Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that you were not satisfied due to the lack of verbal communication during your purchase. Upon reviewing our records, we noted numerous email correspondences between you and our team throughout the transaction, along with your regularly updated personal case portal available for 24/7 review. However, we understand that you may not have always been able to speak with the conveyancer over the phone. Due to the high volume of calls we receive daily, we cannot always guarantee immediate access to the person handling your matter unless a specific time is arranged. Nevertheless, our team is always available to take calls and assist where possible.We did however exchange contracts within 10 weeks from receiving the contract pack, well within the average time to exchange contracts in the UK 2024. This time frame included some delays caused by issues with a third-party management company, which were beyond our control.We would be happy to discuss any specifics regarding your experience further.
