We trusted Ocean to market our home and also used their Financial and conveyancing services on our recent purchase that went through on 30 October. We made the choice to use them again having been impressed when buying first time in 2015. This time around we took Financial advice from Luigi in July and the journey from market to completion was expertly handled by the sales and legal teams in exactly three months from the date of our initial mortgage offer. Special praise for Georgina, our Move Manager and both Linda and Ashleigh who looked after the legal side of our sale and purchase. We were really happy with the service and would highly recommend to anyone.

Although Ocean were not directly our sales / purchase agents, they interacted with us regularly with regards our long delayed sale. And - pushed our upper chain for completion expediently.Despite the agents best efforts, our upper chain was beset by delays caused by a 3rd party & solicitor who seemingly had no impetus or desire to complete their move, meaning our chain was delayed. We found Oceans lawyers struggle a little to get an accurate picture of outstanding queries with said chain, with several queries seemingly appearing from nowhere on several occasions.Also the fact the lawyers wouldn’t speak to us directly add another layer of mystery to the situation...Nonetheless, we would gladly use Ocean again in future to sell or buy.

Wow. What amazing service. The branch manager personally came out to get my house on the market within an hour of my phone call, as my previous private sale had fallen through - a week before completion was due. Steve sold the flat again within 3 days, and over Skype to boot! He then handed me over to Melissa for after sales care, and she has been absolutely fantastic. In fact, without her I don’t think we would be completing tomorrow. Her tenacity and determination to get this transaction done for me, and my buyer has been second to none.
