Ocean were so supportive and professional, our first property fell through, which was out of oceans control. After that the whole team really supported me in finding the perfect house and pulled out all the stops to get us a completion date very quickly. I can't thank them enough for making what potentially can be a very stressful time for me so stress free. I dealt with Ocean Estate Agents, Ocean Mortgage Advisor and Ocean Solicitors everyone replied very quickly to any questions I had and worked so hard for me. I'm over the moon with everything they did for me.

We have had a very good experience with Shirehampton`s Ocean Estate Office during the buying and selling of property. Having lived in this house for 47 years, the prospect of downsizing was quite daunting. However we have been met with kindness and patience from every one we have dealt with. We have been guided at every step, informed regularly with information as to what was happening and treated with patience and understanding when answering any queries we had. We always received a phone call back the same day with answers if needed. Thank you to all who have been involved with us and have been so reassuring.

I have been renting out properties for over 20 years - not as a professional landlord but as a buy to let landlord with a few properties as effectively as a pension.3 years ago a swapped over to Ocean. I took the fully managed service with the landlord protection insurance. The reason for the insurance was because principally due to poor former agents, I was left with a situation - the property was in an uninhabitable state and there was a disagreement about the deposit. The total loss in one year was nearly £8,000. The insurance Ocean has put in place would have covered all of this.The move to Ocean was totally painless and required minimal administration with them doing all of the work.Since the change the houses have been occupied throughout (a vital requirement for me), rents paid, and no problems at all with the tenants or from the neighbours. Each quarter I get a full inspection report and authorise work to be done on the evidence in that report should it require attention.The most important thing for me is that with the myriad of changes in the law associated with the rented housing, tenants and health and safety, I am completely confident that my properties are 100% compliant in every way.Ocean have the experience, expertise and determination to ensure landlords stay on the right side of the law. Further they strive to make sure that both landlords and tenants are professionally accommodated.

I can only speak about the branch in Shirehampton, they went above and beyond especially chris.Answering emails when they were off and even answering out of hours.My only bad experience is with the solicitors even though they are under ocean they aren't ocean and independent. Service was really good from the estate agents.

Very pleased with the service we have received. We chose Ocean because of the candour of their agents, which has been a great benefit in guiding us through the process of selling our house. We had had poor experience with other Estate Agencies, and Oceans approach has been refreshing and open. Their agents are professional and friendly, and have always given us confidence in their ability to manage the process and keep on top of things. They have been proactive in keeping us up to date and clear about what is happening and what needs to happen next. Overall, a great service, and one we would be happy to recommend. Tim and Joy

Ocean acted as the buyer's agent in a flat purchase I made in April 2017. I also instructed Ocean Property Lawyers and Ocean Financial Services. It was good to have a complete property service provided seamlessly by one business and using the three services together meant I experienced an efficient service. Generally, I was impressed by Ocean's personable and professional service from offer to completion. They were always available to answer questions and in particular they are excellent at staying on top of the transaction by chasing up buyers, agents and other stakeholders. I would thoroughly recommend their services.

Best Agent I've dealt with in bristol the thing you want your agent to do is to say what they do and do what they say!I sold and bought through Ocean and found them to be conscientious and efficient they kept me informed through both selling and buying and removed a lot of stress. I have used an online agent previously and decided I'd rather pay more and get peace of mind and someone really at the end of the phone.I Highly recommend them particularly the Bishopston Team

Difficult to contact - once we paid the holding fee they replied to emails slowly and ignored questions asked re timings, then requested documentation filled in in short time frames. Wouldn't use again.

Rented a property through Ocean just before the law changed so had to pay quite hefty agent fees. To be fair to Ocean they work hard for the fees we paid and provide a comprehensive service - many agents I had used in the past banked the fees without seeming to do much beyond credit checks. Hannah has looked after us for most of our time with Ocean and is always friendly, diligent and professional.

I recently used Ocean Lettings to market/let one of my rental properties (not full management service) - the third time I've used them for this purpose. Once again I got excellent, efficient service throughout the whole process. They know the Bristol lettings' market extremely well, and my flat was let overnight! I'll definitely continue to use Ocean in the future for letting my properties.
