TrustpilotOcean Estate Agents, Portishead
The agent who visited our house for the valuation was very enthusiastic about its location and accommodation, and this came through in the sales brochure. We achieved a sale price some £20,000 above the asking price.Ocean also handled the conveyancing, and the team there were very helpful, keeping us up to date with progress. All in all, I would be happy to recommend them.

TrustpilotDisgusting service
Disgusting serviceRude unhelpful ignore emails don’t reply to phone calls shocking service
We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. As you will see from the thousands of positive reviews here on Trust Pilot your experience is contrary to the very high standards of customer care we expect to provide. We want to learn more on this matter but have not been able to find any record of a client of this name so far. If you could provide more details via customercare@oceanhome.co.uk a Director will look into it.Regards, Ocean

TrustpilotGreat team, that worked well together and us! Thank you so much!
Overall pleased with ocean especially our mortgage advisor Luigi, without him we would never have known we could afford the property without him. All questions were always answered quickly and we were kept informed at all times. We used all services with oceans including our solicitor, Kelly and mortgage advisor, all have been brilliant. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy.
