Used Oceans for both my sale and purchase and whilst things were overall on the positive side in future I would probably use a smaller independent as I thought the process was very slow considering

The two estate agents that have helped me rent my first property alone - Emily and Charlie - were so so helpful and friendly. Emily really went out of her way to help me find somewhere so quickly and I am super impressed with how much they have both helped me!!

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Communication is crucial in a sale & purchase, there can be times when you can be left wondering if anything at all is happening when in a chain. Great to hear you felt it was effort-free, just as we would hope. Good luck in your new home, Ocean.
