TrustpilotRenting Landlords perspective
Have been letting two flats with The Bishopston team for 20 years. They have been quick to communicate and supplied all documentation. On the odd occasion over the years when we have run into difficulties things have been quickly resolved. I would not hesitate in recommending their service to others.

TrustpilotEasy to contact and always helpful
They were easy to contact and always worked to resolve any issues. All staff were friendly and helpful. The weekly updates were good and ensured we were kept in the loop about the progress of our purchase. A clear winner over other estate agents we have experienced in the past. The 'goodie bag' on completion was a nice touch.

Tenant here. Great experience so far with Ocean.Amelia and Alun especially have been standouts within the Clifton company. Helpful with answering and kept us in mind when the property we liked went back up on the market.

Chantelle and Gayle at Ocean made our moving experience a breeze. They were available and able to help if we had questions and took us through the letting process brilliantly. We felt supported and catered for the whole time. Would 100% recommend

TrustpilotExcellent free mortgage advice!
We used the free mortgage advice service provided by Richard in the Filton branch. Richard provides an outstanding service; dealing with queries and paperwork in a timely manner, getting the best deal on the market and keeping you updated throughout the process. We have had bad experiences in the past wth ‘free’ advice so don’t give this glowing review lightly.

TrustpilotExcellent service from Ocean Downend
Excellent service from Ocean Downend from purchase to exchange. Highly recommend! Liz sold our house within a week and was very understanding of our circumstances. Lisa then moved us from sale to exchange. She has been calm, professional and helpful at every step, going above and beyond as we navigated many hurdles at this strange time.

Ocean have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. It has not been a sale without complication and for it not the support of the Move Manager I do not necessarily think we would have made it to completion. The service levels both on pre & post offer have been excellent and I would highly recommend Ocean to any future buyers.
