Ocean manage a property for me. They find tenants and deal with all legal aspects of being a landlord. With a recent tenant leaving the property in a mess with work needing doing to restore the property to a reasonable state Ocean have been invaluable in organising contractors, getting the work done and are currently negotiating with arbitration re the deposit and works to be paid for by tenants. All in all Clarrissa who deals with me has been patient, explained how the process works, and organised things. I would recommend Ocean to anyone looking for property management.

They gave us an honest appraisal of the market, found us a good proceedable buyer quickly and progressed the sale with excellent communication throughout. I used Ocean Lawyers at Portishead to sell my property. Considering there were no chains at either end, and both parties used Ocean Lawyers, it took 5 1/2 months to complete which I thought seemed much longer than necessary. However, I would like to give my huge thanks and appreciation to Melissa Bell, Move Manager, at the Westbury-on-Trym Branch who was superb. Her professionalism, communication and the willingness to go above and beyond to assist me was most excellent. Once in contact with Melissa, the process moved much more swiftly and I was regularly updated with developments. Melissa, you are a credit to Ocean and because of you, I would use Ocean in the future. Thank you so much!

Negotiating a favourable deal with the opposite solicitor may not be their best suite, they offer a high-quality conveyancing service nonetheless.
