TrustpilotProfessional agency with excellent customer services
Professional agency with excellent customer services and wide range of options available. The team has been kind and helpful since the first time I contacted the agency. The process from the viewing to the end of the application was managed smoothly, without any inconvenience. I am extremely satisfied and that's why I recommend this agency. I would like to personally thank Mr william who assisted me in the process. He is a nice person, ready to support you in every step with patience and dedication.

A great service from Mel in Westbury office. In constant contact and working at both ends of our chain. Not as much communication from the Ocean agency selling our house but Mel made up for that by liasing with them when required.

TrustpilotHorrendous experience
I’ve spent a decade in rented accommodation, and this was by far the worst experience. It was stressful, unsupportive, totally unsympathetic, and I was completely powerless. No tenant should ever feel this way.
Agent replied · 20 September 2023
We are sorry for the delay in our response, we have been trying to find out which tenancy you are referring to over the weekend. We always aim to provide a positive, stress free experience for both landlords and tenants, as our many positive reviews on Trust Pilot do show. We are therefore concerned about your feedback, our proeprty management would like to investigate it further. Please contact customercare@oceanhome.co.uk with your property and tenancy details, and our Lettings Director will look into your case.Best regards, Ocean
