TrustpilotWe would highly recommend Ocean Estate …
We would highly recommend Ocean Estate Agents especially the Filton branch where Dallas, Cameron and the whole team were highly professional at all times. They always acted in our best interests providing an exemplary service and nothing seemed too much trouble. If all estate agents were this attentive to detail selling and buying houses would be a breeze! We would defiantly highly recommend using Ocean.
Thank you for the glowing 5* review of the service you received from the Filton Branch, sadly not all estate agents are the same but we are pleased that Dallas and the team were able to show a different side to our profession. Hopefully the final move went smoothly and you are very happy in your new home. Warmest Regards Ocean

Luigi was very pleasant and easy to deal with as a mortgage broker and the comms were excellent throughout. For good measure, I did also get a 2nd opinion from London & Country and they had nothing better, so would happily recommend Luigi/Ocean Financial.

TrustpilotCan't fault them at all.
I have moved house quite a few times now and I've used ocean in westbury on trym the last couple.I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anybody else looking to buy or sell. They constantly go out of their way to help and answer any questions or problems that crop up and nothing is too much trouble. For a company that relies on word of mouth I am happy to sing the gospel. Both Steve and Mel have been nothing but outstanding and I would also highly recommend using ocean property lawyers as well. They've been a huge help and will walk you through every step of the process.Absolutely the best I've come across in this business.

TrustpilotJordan Gingell
We purchased a property from Ocean. Jordan Gingell was the agent assigned to our sale.He has been a very clear and effective communicator. Like many house sales there were some particular challenges and Jordan's pro-activeness, openness and honesty carried the chain through.

TrustpilotOceans Lawyers
We used Oceans Lawyers and estate agents for the legal arrangement for our sale, they were great from start to finish. We had a straightforward sale which was completed in about 7 weeks, which we were very happy about. We were kept updated and in the loop with everything and everything moved smoothly. Great experience with our sale.

We have been extremely pleased with the way that Ocean estate agents in Southville have supported and guided us through our move to Bristol. Initially, they helped with finding and arranging viewing of a range of appropriate houses and guided us through making a successful offer. They then continuously kept us well informed throughout the purchasing process, answering our many questions and concerns promptly. We would thoroughly recommend them. A big thank you to Ocean.

TrustpilotOcean estate agents Shirehampton
Made everything easy and the sales pictures and attention to detail is faultlessAlso full of advice for other services you require eg energy survey etcIn this modern world not everyone is comfortable with technology so the solicitors need to be aware of that fact.Best thing I can say is in the future if we decide to sell again we know where to come.
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. It's very pleasing for us to hear that we made 'everything easy' as moving house can sometimes prove to be a little complicated and stressful. We will double check our processes with the solicitors to make sure we have the procedures readily available for those not as comfortable online - with technology as you say. I'm sure you won't be thinking about selling again anytime soon but we look forward to helping should you need anything property related. Best wishes, Ocean.

TrustpilotExcellent communication
I had a great experience with Ocean Estates from the point I was shown the property up until the point I moved in. Amelia from Ocean Estates, who showed me the place during the viewing, was very helpful in giving the relevant information and negotiating the rent. Once I agreed to move in, the procedure to move in was started pretty quickly. I am impressed by Ocean Estates timely communication pertaining to important matters.

TrustpilotSelling Made Easy
The experience of selling my late mothers house was made easy because of the great team in the Shirehampton office. Chris, Mark, Sam & Della valued, arranged telephoned and emailed very effectively throughout. Then you have Tanya who not only made our lives easy selling, but had a good mentio from the pee buying saying how helpful she was. It’s difficult to say how they could improve things! Thank you Ocean!!
