We've been super impressed all round with the Ocean team who have all been really helpful, efficient, and just good at what they do. I have had a brilliant experience to be honest. Simon, Tracey, Claire and everyone at the team have been so helpful, informative, and supportive in helping me through this process. The process was efficient and fluid, each department felt connected wit the others and it felt like my application was in complete control. It was my first time taking a mortgage out and doing it by myself, theres alot of information to get to know and understand. Simon helped me through all of that and helped me find the best deal available to me. He was on hand to answer all of my annoying and needy emails too, so I can safely say, I will be using this team again when the end of this contract comes around. Wholeheartedly recommend.

I purchased my home with Ocean Estate Agents and thoroughly enjoyed the experience so it only seemed fitting to sell it with them 5 years later. Once again they did not disappoint. My only point of constructive criticism would be that at times during the process when things slowed down and we were waiting on a return that I had to ask for things to be chased. This occasionally included communication between the estate agent and solicitor part of the company. However, I would not let this one small element dampen my feedback. As a collective and individually the team at Ocean Estate Agents are fantastic. They are kind, courteous, knowledgeable and experienced. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or family member and I would use them to buy or sell a property in future.

The estate agents, two Liam, we met are professional and knowledgable. They are able to answer all our queries. The Move Manager, Emily, is very attentive and efficient. She managed the communication between the seller and us smoothly. She run the extra miles to arrange two meetings with the seller for us. She updated us the status of transaction from time to time without our chasing. We believed the transaction wouldn't be able to complete smoothly without her support and assistance. We are satisfied with the service of Ocean Estate Agents.

Hey this is bharath, Ocean estate lettings has made my journey so easy in Bristol, without them I don’t know what must have been my situation as I am a student, AMELIA the agent there has been with me through my entire letting journey and has made sure everything was amazing, she was the best, will always be thankful for them. They are very professional to the core. Highly recommend taking their help. Without them I wouldn’t find the house I always wanted.

The staff who helped with our sale were easy to contact and very helpful. It was a bit of a stressful process due to the first buyer being unreliable, but they did their best to guide and reassure us. We would have given 5 stars, but sometimes we were a little confused about the process and timeframes, but overall we were very happy with the service and would use them again.
